ExoraLeads ranked Raseen, a licensed demolition and scrap collection contractor operating across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman, into the Google Maps top 3 for their primary service area within 8 weeks — with zero paid ads. About the Project
Raseen is a licensed demolition and scrap collection contractor operating across four UAE emirates: Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and Ajman. When they came to ExoraLeads, the business had no Google Business Profile, no local citations, and no location-specific content. They were invisible on Google Maps despite operating in a high-demand niche.
The Challenge Raseen needed to rank in the Google Maps top 3 for high-intent local searches across multiple UAE cities — terms like "villa demolition Dubai", "scrap collection Sharjah", and "site clearance Abu Dhabi". The demolition niche in the UAE is competitive, dominated by established contractors with older domain history. A new business with no online presence had to compete from zero.
What We Did
Step 1: Google Business Profile optimisation. We built the GBP from scratch — selecting the correct primary and secondary categories, writing a keyword-rich description targeting each service area, uploading professional photos of completed jobs, and setting up a weekly posting schedule. Category selection alone moved the needle within the first two weeks.
Step 2: Citation building across 50+ directories. We submitted exact-match NAP (name, address, phone) to over 50 UAE and international business directories. NAP consistency signals to Google that the business is legitimate and correctly located. Every inconsistency suppresses local rankings — we ensured zero discrepancies across all submissions.
Step 3: Location-specific website pages. We built dedicated service pages for each emirate: Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and Ajman. Each page targeted the specific search terms used in that location, included LocalBusiness schema markup, and linked back to the Google Business Profile. This created a closed topical cluster — website signals reinforcing GBP signals reinforcing citation signals.
Step 4: Review generation sequence. We set up an automated review request sequence using GoHighLevel. After each completed job, customers received a personalised SMS linking directly to the Google review page. Review volume and recency are direct local ranking factors. Within 8 weeks Raseen had collected consistent 5-star reviews from verified customers.
Step 5: Technical SEO and GSC setup. We submitted the sitemap to Google Search Console, connected GA4, implemented LocalBusiness and BreadcrumbList schema on every page, and resolved all crawl errors on launch.
The Result Within 8 weeks of starting, Raseen ranked in the Google Maps top 3 for their primary service area across multiple UAE emirates. The business now receives consistent inbound organic enquiries with zero ongoing ad spend. No paid Google Ads, no Meta Ads — purely organic local SEO.
Why This Matters for UK Businesses The ranking factors Google uses for local search are identical regardless of geography — profile completeness, citation consistency, review volume, and on-page location signals. The same system we applied to Raseen in the UAE is applied directly to our Birmingham, London, and West Midlands clients. If you run a local service business and you are not in the Google Maps top 3, you are losing enquiries to competitors every day.
