Exora Leads designed and developed a modern, SEO-optimised website for Raseen, a licensed demolition and scrap collection contractor operating across the UAE. The platform features dedicated location pages for Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and Ajman, along with clear service information for villa demolition, site clearance, and scrap removal that complies with local municipality requirements.\n\nAs part of the project, we set up and optimised the Google Business Profile for better Map Pack visibility, submitted the sitemap to Google Search Console, connected Google Analytics 4, and performed thorough on-page and technical SEO. The website is now ranking well and attracting targeted local enquiries.

It streamlines client inquiries for villa demolition, site clearance, scrap collection, and water tank cleaning while highlighting compliance with Dubai Municipality, Sharjah Municipality, and other local authorities.
Built with modern Next.js architecture and Supabase backend, the site ensures fast loading, strong SEO performance, and easy content updates for new service areas.
