About the Project
Founded and built ZexAI (now Exora Leads), a performance-driven digital agency combining technical development with data-driven marketing strategy to help UK small businesses grow their online presence.
The agency was built around a core belief that most small businesses are losing customers online not because of budget but because of invisible technical gaps — missing GBP listings, unoptimised websites, no local SEO, no follow-up automation. My approach was to productise solutions for each of these gaps into clear service offerings with defined deliverables and pricing.
On the technical side I built the agency's own infrastructure: a Next.js website with Supabase backend, automated lead nurture sequences in GoHighLevel covering each core service, AI voice agents using VAPI for inbound and outbound calling, and n8n automation workflows connecting CRM, email, and communication channels.
The local SEO service focused on Google Maps Pack ranking — optimising Google Business Profiles, building local citations, and creating location-targeted content. The automation service used GoHighLevel to build SMS and email campaigns with appointment scheduling, contact segmentation, and automatic removal of converted leads from follow-up sequences.
This project represents the intersection of all my technical skills — full stack development, AI integration, marketing automation, and SEO — applied to building a real, revenue-generating business.
