The Challenge

Exora Leads developed an advanced AI-powered inbound and outbound calling system that automates phone-based customer interactions for businesses seeking scalable lead generation and support.

The Approach

The outbound caller initiates calls to contact lists, delivers personalised voice messages via text-to-speech, and uses OpenAI to analyse responses — qualifying leads, booking appointments, or routing complex cases to human agents. The inbound system handles incoming calls with speech-to-text transcription, intent classification via OpenAI, and automated responses or workflow triggers.

n8n orchestrates the entire flow, connecting Twilio webhooks to OpenAI, managing conversation state in Supabase, and triggering follow-up actions such as CRM updates or confirmation messages. Supabase Embeddings enhance accuracy by giving the AI access to business-specific knowledge.

The Outcome

This solution provides a cost-effective alternative to traditional call centres while maintaining high-quality customer experience.
